Aware Humans Summit – Unlocking Transformation

The Aware Humans Summit was an incredible experience where a deeply engaged and intimate group of individuals gathered to strengthen their body, mind, and spirit. This event was all about grounding, learning, and evolving, and it delivered on all fronts.

We began our journey with a powerful sound bath and yoga session led by Rikki McCoy, helping us center ourselves and set the tone for the day. From there, we had the pleasure of hearing from Shawnà Hooks, who shared her inspiring story and the mindfulness practices that transformed her life. She even guided us through a Tai Chi session, bringing a new element of movement and energy awareness into our practice.

Breathwork facilitator Uwi led us through an incredible session, introducing us to dragon fire breathing—an invigorating technique that left us feeling energized and in tune with our inner power. Kenny Brown then brought a profound perspective on how our emotions influence our financial decisions, shedding light on the deep connection between money and mindset.

One of the most powerful moments of the summit came when our founder, Drew Sanders, and Pastor Mayo Sowell engaged in a deep and spiritual conversation about finding your soul's calling. The discussion resonated deeply with everyone in attendance, leaving us with valuable insights on purpose and alignment.

Our panel discussion, moderated by Brittney Williams, featured an inspiring lineup of speakers: Euro Got It, Lashana West, and Shawn J. Moore. Their collective wisdom and experiences provided actionable insights that empowered our audience. To close the summit, Shawn J. Moore guided us through a grounding meditation and breathwork session, ensuring we left feeling aligned and renewed.

The entire experience was nothing short of beautiful. Every attendee walked away feeling nourished, and that was our ultimate goal. The theme of the event was Unlocking Your Transformation, and it truly felt like we unlocked something powerful—not just for our guests but for ourselves as well. This event reaffirmed why we started The Aware Brand and why we continue to do this work.

We know this is just the beginning. The momentum from this summit has propelled us to a new level, and we are excited for what’s ahead. Our next summit will be in May—stay tuned for more details!
